that's thomas sorensen, and he's actually done that twice, both times against birmingham! although i think the other time was a soft backpass that he let in.
funny you should ask, cos it's a shame this clip ends when it does. a birmingham fan came on the pitch and slapped him round the facenot hard or anything, more just rubbing it in and telling him how f***ing stupid he was.
long term, not much happened. he was the object of ridicule on TV and in the papers but this was a couple of years ago now and i guess the fans forgave him
