If you're gonna do something stupid like that, you need to have some ice cream for a chaser. I put jalapenos and cayenne pepper sauce on damn near everything I eat, but I would never put habaneros on my grub, that's just way too much. They have one of the highest ratings on the scoville scale (a scale used to rate the "hotness" of peppers, google it)
