The french have little experience with much of anything. Oh, they have some "art" and the worlds largest radio tower, but other than that, its a run down shit hole of a country with a failed economy designed to keep the poor very poor and anyone with any money has to give most of it up anyway.

It has to do with timing. Nothing more. When there are 40 submissions within a small time frame no one really goes beyond page two of new submissions.

I have lots of submissions I can do at one time. If you submit them all at once it doesn't work and soon forgotten.
