Well It seems feasable, It's got a wing assembly on the under side, and a prop and motor on the front. The weighting would be a bear to figure out though

The song really fits the video. And it's not fake, I forget which state it is done in, but a bunch of people get together with all different kinds of things they made fly, and it is a big charity event.
