Well acually i'ts quite a good prank if you know what's going on. This is a dutch film, and what you are watching is a some stand at a carnaval were they sell pastry. That pastry is a sort of ball. And at carnvals in holland you can win prices at gamesstands by trowing balls to empty cans. If you tumble all cans within 3 throws that is you win. It's not hillarious... just funny
