I have no problem with teaching kids about guns.
#1. is RESPECT for the gun
#2, they must learn how to break it down clean it and put it back together correctly.
#3. they must have an ADULT teach them how to hold it properly. This little girl had no ear or eye protection but her dad does?? How lame is that?? he don't need to be around them if he can't set a good example himself... Kids today know more about life and travesity than the adults give them credit for.. Right or wrong they are aware of the facts..Now we must engrave their minds with the knowledge and respect of guns..My 11 year old grandson can break my down and clean polish and reload it just as well as a sniper can... But most of all he RESPECTS the power and damage it could do if in the wrong hands!!

I never did either, Would never ALLOW one in my home.. BUT!!!!!!!!! Times have changed and living where I do now........It's a neccesity not a luxury item.... Once you learn how to handle it clean it, you will become one with it..

I agree with Sweetbirdy re: respect and safety (eye/ear protection).
I'm wondering how her shooting is. Did she hit "that little brick thing" or not? And can anyone understand what he said at the point where there's 6 seconds left in the vid?
