The dog may not have been starving for all we know. My dog does that when any other animal gets near his food. Dogs are just greedy little bastards that don't want to share.

At the risk of being described as a racist, Asians (such as the voice in the background) can be evil as sin when it comes to animal rights/cruelty. Other than this example I can think of bear "tapping" as well as the common belief that the more pain the dog goes through while being killed, the more adrenalin will be produced and the meat be more tender as a result.

Common sense is not so common.

Duh. It could be that the fence was there to keep the obviously more aggressive dog out, so that the other dog could finish a meal. You guys are obviously bleeding heart liberals, who always side with thugs, thieves, and terrorist. Dry your eyes, and blow your nose, then wise up.

Awww, you obviously misunderstood what I said, sweety. I would never deprive a starving animal. However, I would call the local animal control officer. That way the poor thing could be fed and housed properly, until it could be adopted by loving people. It's not wise to let a stray animal run loose with children around. It' best for all concerned that professionals deal with such situations. Have a nice day!
