I think you'd have to not use an AC driven speaker, but rather a motor structure controlled by a linear motor that is DC driven.

From the years of doing car audio I know speakers like a nice smooth sine wave, and will rip themselves apart with a square wave. Not too sure what they'd do with a saw tooth.

Your only getting sine when amp is in range... scope the average overdriven amp and weep at the inconsistancies.

I say hell with that. Just pump it full of DC power and watch it blow.
