Sorry to be pedantic, but this guy is paragliding not skydiving. You can hear his vario in the first few seconds of the video and on a skydiving rig you can cut away your main parachute if you wrap it (the technical term for that pretty scary thing he did there). We use fully steerable reserves too, more chance of not landing at 50 feet...
This guy was pretty damned cool though, I must admit.

I couldn't help but laugh when he was smashing to the ground, lmao...I figured he was gonna be ok, since there were lots of branches to slow him, but that was funny.
