NEVER EVER use a loofa. EVER !
They're breeding grounds for bacteria.
You're much better off using a washcloth. A clean washcloth. And, use a different washcloth every single time.

Don't exfoliate every day (apricot scrub). You'll tear your skin to peices. Skin isn't set up for that kind of abuse.
Exfoliate once a week & only before bed.

Before you wash anything else, wash your hands. Hands are FILTHY !! Wash them for 30 seconds, until sanitized.

And, don't share soap.




People pay me a lot of money, to get this kind of advise. You're getting it for free.
