Plenty real... and visual stealth at that level is still better than the cammo painted ships in WW2 .. Radar stealth just involves planar technology..( oblique angles to redirect bounced beams)

Ive seen some stuff on the news using thin film deposited technology for a flexible display.. and the camers is a button cam on the back and front back cam is displayed on the front... front cam gets displayed on persons back...neat but expensive... and short lived... crease it and its no good.

It's real. Tho a lil misleading. The man is standing in front of a camera shooting the street. There is a projector in front shooting the image onto a super-reflective material (his "cloak"). Neat technology but only in limited circumstances.
