Actually, the only casualties of that shoot-out were the two robbers. For those who don't know, it was the biggest Police shootout ever. It happened in North Hollywood on Feb. 28th 1997. They even made a movie about it called "44 Minutes." It's a good movie... check it out.

I remember seen that on the news years ago, Didnt one of the guys get his hand gun shot out of his hand ?... Never new they done a film , will check it out.

At that time, I was working about 6min away from that entire scene. My employees and I actually heard all of the gun fire. Very surreal to say the lest.

the one dude was so prepared he killed himself he shot himself in the neck or was it the cops that did?? I don't remem myself I had to been like 12 or 13 or sum sh*T like that. But yes it is thankfull it didnt end worse than it did

I'm pretty sure that the police realised that the criminals forgot to armor their legs, so they took one down but he had to be shot in the head at close range because he was so dangerous. Meanwhile, the other was seriously injured and died later.
