That video was originally posted on OGRISH.com a while back and was definitely shocking to see the person get nailed by that truck. The PT Cruiser was at fault no question.

I agree with you, the PT Cruiser was DEFINATELY at fault !!
I'd be surprised if the person's family hasn't tried to stop the video from being shown online ... if they know about it.

According to this website, http://www.snopes.com/photos/accident/carcr ash01.asp, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, but revived on the way to the hospital.

He was later listed in serious condition, so there's a good chance he survived.

There are few problems in the Galaxy which cannot be solved by the suitable
application of concentrated blaster fire.
