I thought #3 was retired? Wasn't it changed to 29 when Harvick started driving?

it was. they gave harvick all of SR's cars and put 29 on them...but JR will get to drive the number 3 car.

Interesting... still doesnt play... but if you try to save file it takes you to a page thats says right click and save as but it wants to save a file htm...thats not a video file format.
