HP does make a good product, but their customer service is too strict. I love the way they let HP know they are defending their freedom!

i had the same problem with Dell. the backlighting on my laptop burned out while i was in Iraq, and they refused to fix it, even though it was only 3 months old.

so, I refuse to buy anything from Dell for any reason, and I always try to dissuade people from buying from them (aside from the fact that you're only paying $250 fior a computer for a reason).
