Looks more like a stunt to me.
The bus didn't appear to hit him that hard, but he did look like he hit his head on the bus, and then again on the ground.

I'm not so sure he did it on purpose. I think you'd have to be suicidal to do something like that. it looks like he forgot to look in that direction (you can see that he's looking the other way). and what fool what agree to participate in a stunt in which they hit somebody with a bus? that could end up being negligent homicide. of course it is kinda strange that someone was filming in that direction, but it could have just been tourists or someone filming. anyway I don't know. wish there were more footage.
