As I understand it, in some states if traffic is stalled, motorcycles are allowed to split lanes. The reason behind this is because most motorcycles are air cooled and sitting idle causes overheating. Still one has to be very careful doing it and do it at a sensible (slow) speed. This guy is just an arrogant Adam Henry. Cops refer to morons like this as Organ Donors.
