How can this not be considered animal cruelty?

I know it's mean. I know the owner is a wuss because they can't wash their own damn cat.

But with the music they had on there I was laughing my ass off.

Umm that was fucking cruel and not needed! People like this should never own animals and should be SHOT!

I think the cat likes it. He was dancing with the music!
