I have heard of using dynamite to catch fish, but I have never seen this method. Is it legal?

I speak fluent English, some Spanish, a little Creole, but I can understand
bullshit in any language.

Using dynomite, I doubt its legal. But just tape four m-80's together and that would equal a stick of dynomite.

I got into a situation like this in Louisianna when i was bow fishing. There is nothing illegal about what they are doing, there is still a leagle limit as to what they can keep and they can only keep certain sizes but the fish when moving can and do just jump in your boat. All those thud sounds are fish hitting the bottom of the boat. Nothing illeagle about what is going on and less harm to the fish then say sticking a hook in them.
