The criminal should be face down on the ground and cuffed behind him... unfortunately when they are all pumped up on drugs following the police's instructions seems to be the last thing criminals do... good thing it wasnt Chicago... he would have been shot for resisting arrest.

That's B.S. The guy WAS NOT holding on to the cops arm until after the stupid ass cop landed punches to his face, then he grabbed the cops arm!! Cops like that need to have their jobs taken away if he's crooked enough to pull a low down stunt like that in broad daylight in front of people imagine how Fu.. up this guy is when no one is watching. You also don't know the context, and actually what is happening that you can't actually see. I would rather give the cop the benefit of the doubt here than some piece of shit low life that has an authority problem.

Thats why cops make all of the dumb mistakes they make by not using better judgement to better handle a situation it's always Gung Ho on judgement. Going by only the video I clearly see that the the guy didn't grab the cops arm till afterwards. This small clip is all you have to go on as well and my comment was based on the visual givien facts in opposition to your comment. True, there's no telling what may have taken place before this clip but I'm more than sure that the case wasn't about what happened before it was about the excessive use of force.

Doesn't matter how many cops were holding him down. It's protocol for there to be more than on cop helping to arrest a suspect. In this case there were two, if there were 3 cops then there would have been 3 cops on him. this is NORMAL! Never seen anything about throwing punches at an Innocent until prooven guilty partially subdued suspect who was in a submissive position until officer dumbass threw punches. You surely don't know how to put the facts together. I'll help 2+2=4. In your world 2+2 may equal 4 but some way, some how you'll end up with 3.

No. I'm not frustrated with you. Reading back on our debate, It's more than obvious that my argument was based on facts and the visual obvious. Your rebutles are based on personal experiences and long shot chances. In the real world of making a REAL point you fall short in this debate. Debating with you is like debating with a small child who trys to act grown up.
