That is pretty damn amazing. If you lift religiously (like 5 times a week) you can eventually be doing that. If you think about it thats only 400lbs bench pres (It is still a lot harder since its free weight though). The most I've done are 120lb dumbells a few years ago back in the HS days lol.

That is a great workout for definition and stability because it uses all of the little stabalizer muscles to keep your arm in position while lifting the weight.

The most weight Ive ever benched is 375 for one. I can do 315 for 8 on a good day.

The heaviest dumbells I've ever pressed are 130's for reps. But I spotted a guy at the gym that was pressing 150's all day long.

The heaviest bench press I've ever seen in the gym was 405 by some tall lanky guy. Apparently he was a hell of a lot stronger than he looked. He took what I benched and did it for a fuckin warm up.
