Hey now, I know how much that hurts, i did it 3 times, should have just stop doing that the first time, but yea! Also i broke my ankle but never went to the hospital for it, lol you can still see the break in my bone, just looks like a line where there shouldnt be. Yea though all better, just walk it off!!!!!!

That reminds me of the time I taught my gf to swing a bat correctly. We didn't quite make it to the part where you aren't supposed to swing it backwards after you hit thr ball.
