the comedian is carlos mencia. he has a show on comedy central called "mind of mencia" which is where this clip is taken from (you can see the logo in the background). funny guy. not afraid to speak the truth

chapelle's show is the greatest. i bought season 1 and 2 on dvd and watch them religiously. YEAAHHH!
