Take a break from the laughs and think of the veterans that gave of themselves for our freedom. Thank You Veterans!

People will forget what you said.
People will forget what you did.
But people will never forget how you made them feel.

I cannot believe that you actually buy into this S@#T!!!!!
First it was the search for Osama, then the war on terror, then the search for Suddam, now it is Operation Iraqi freedom.

Which is it, and why has there been no mention of Osama?

American people should wake upto themselves and realise what a D!CK of a president you have, he lies, cheats, relies of bad/tainted information, and will not take blame for anything wrong.

George. W. Bush should be tried for war crimes.

WAKE UP AMERICA AND SMELL THE MONKEY!!!

I didn't post this to support the president but the troops serving, its Memorial Day Weekend here in the USA. Can you name me a lie or cheat President Bush has made? He has accepted blame for many things and he has relied on the same information that Congress and many other countries deemed accurate.

This isn't about the president but the troops.

People will forget what you said.
People will forget what you did.
But people will never forget how you made them feel.

For those remarks I think you should be banned from this site. If I had it my way you would be kicked out of the country and would never be aloud to return. If this country and the way it is ran is so bad then fucking leave.

I love my mother. But, she's totally fucked in the head.

That is exactly the type of comment that Bush holds.

I also support the troops that are serving from all countries involved, however they are not there fighting for the reasons that they believe they are there for, Us troops have been brainwashed into thinking that this war is for noble and just causes when it is clearly not.

He has lied about the reasons behind the whole war[WMD's], and has changed the reason behind the war on numerous occassions, there is only one reason for war and that is the first reason, not change the reason to suit your publicity drives.

What has he accepted blame for?
What is the real reason for the war?
Why did he go against the UN?
What new label will he put on this war next time?

There are many veterans on this site, myself included. Aph and Alex are two members that currently serve. I know they haven't been brainwashed. Alex has served in Iraq and he has corrected many here that WMD's were found, and what did Sadaam use on his own people and Iran? It sure wasn't laughing gas.

I noticed you just joined, this isn't a site that you will sway many opinions on. This post was just to honor the vets nothing more.

People will forget what you said.
People will forget what you did.

It's not about the veteran (although it's your topic I know) but the way they are sent out there.
We feel cheated when asked to support, in spirit and financially, a war that has no reason, that knows no end, and that justifies so many measures against liberty in the US. It is now clear that Bush has used this war (and the veteran) for political and financial reasons. He currently needs money to finance the next year and the population to support the moral of his soldiers. This clip, behind the basic ever-agreed "Thank you veteran" message is pure propaganda.

I respect veterans and soldiers that put their lives at risk and who don't really have the choice to go where they want (but they knew that when they signed) but I don't support this kind of politically biased clip.

I'll answer your questions for you.
1) WMD's
2) They were harboring terrorist
3) Because they didn't care they weren't the ones being attacked
4) I can't tell the future

What has he accepted blame for?  WMD's  large scale WMDs and the mobil chemical labs were not found, though I have heard the comments that were placed by monkey or alex who said there were, if it was, it was relatively small scale and not wide spread otherwise it would have been used as post ‘shock and awe’ legitimization.

What is the real reason for the war?  They were harboring terrorist  the only reason ol Saddam like Osama in the lest was because he also didn’t like America, along with many developing/emerging/third world countries. In fact as a person he Saddam did not like Osama as Saddam believed in a certain separation of church and state (which come to think of it rings a bell in American history, please correct me if im wrong) as Osama wants/ed countries to be religiously fundamental.

Why did he go against the UN?  Because they didn't care they weren't the ones being attacked,  As a side note it was not Iraq that attacked you it was a terrorist organization that I have explained did not have active links with the regime of Iraq. The reason why America went against the UN was because the American public demanded action/results immediately while the UN goes through the diplomatic process, granted this is slow and does not always work, but history judges you on what you do, eg American support of indonesia, just as much as what you don’t do e.g Rwanda

What new label will he put on this war next time?  I can't tell the future  I can in part, the Iraq situation will not get better fast, (a topic for a blog maybe?) the only thing the American public is partition your congressman, write the white house, vote, and support your troops, they are following orders, not making them and they are in the end dying for American causes and deserve respect for that.

Common sense is not so common.

I think everybody should support the troops.. Not Bush or the war but the troops and all they do for us. They did not start the war, they are only following orders

This isn't the site to debate things, this is a fun time wasting site, nor will I waste my time doing so. Again, the post was to honor the veterans.

You should try using the "Reply" button to respond to the comment you are posting to. I assume this comment was for me.

Would love to hear you answer your questions. I am sure your answers would show just how smart you really are. Of course when you turn a very nice tribute to our young men and women that are risking or have given there life for this country to bash Bush it shows how messed up some people in this country are. God Bless our Troops and God Bless the USA
