When you have 400,000 volts of electricity coursing through you and you just want to get away from the pain, a human being's natural reaction is going to be to attempt to go in the opposite direction of the pain. Not to mention that gestapo mother fucker looked like he was getting some sadistic pleasure out of it.

You're right, life doesn't start when the camera does, but every since police departments everywhere started getting tazers and stun guns, those trigger happy fucks use them way more often than necessary. "Less than lethal", doesn't mean "not at all lethal". I have a small 100,000 volt stun gun and i've zapped myself in the leg for a split second and it hurts like a mother fucker, 400,000 (or more, I don't know what the cops get) volts for more than five seconds, when she appeared to not pose any physical threat to the officer or anyone else is beyond excessive.

There are a lot of variables for how people react to a stun... It's supposed to stun/ paralyze you immediately... but contact point of prods and electrical conductivity of the target / moisture/skin thickness etc are also factors.

I'm sure she would have preferred getting a couple of nightsticks upside her head...

How about the rest of that tape where she is trying to hit the officers before the tasering.. and how she kicked out the side window of the squad car after they tasered her... They need to buy more powerfull , Military versions of them so they can be electrocuted on the spot.
