Drag racing is huge!!!

You got countless million dollar teams out there racing every weekend of the year!

Hell, my father in law has a super eliminator rail that cuts the quarter mile in about 6.8 seconds at around 178 miles per hour.
My brother in law has a 68 camaro that will slip 12" slicks
A customer of mine runs a 700hp 66 Nova that will spin 16" wide slicks.
I have a buddy that has a 94 T/A Firehawk that pumps out around 500hp with the blower and another 300 in a 3 stage nitrous set up.

And I love it.

I knew that you would be the one to tell me all about drag racing.

I guess it's a non-city thing. We don't have enough space around here to do that kind of stuff.
The only time that I've ever seen drag racing is in the movies.

It appears to be at a sanctioned track, so yes he would have to have the neccessary roll cage, restraints, and fire suppression.

Its required at every track.
Its the illegal drag racing that is dangerous.
