Kind of like the whole snatching a purse from a bike type of thing. If a little terrier could snatch your purse that easily, you don't want to keep your purse bad enough.

It would be kind of funny tho to see a little terrier running through the park dragging a huge purse while someone ran after them.

lol, would be easy to catch the dog...just slip a 20lb weight in your purse, he wont go too far too fast.
