That borders on child abuse, he's terrorizing the kid. My kids aren't afraid of monsters or boogeymen because they've been taught they don't exist. Like the other comments said, why would you even tape this? Possibly as they mentioned he's not the dad but a step dad or brother.

That a--hole is traumatizing the poor kid. At least he taped it. The kid can watch the tape when he gets older and know why he is so f-cked up. It won't take him thousands of dollars and years in therapy to figure it out.
