why is it so much worse to hit a cop than a regular person? not that i'm advocating violence, but what makes them any better than us? and 'they put their life on the line for our safety' is out of bounds.

For one thing, the cop was a female. I think thats what makes it so bad. And the fact that he beat the crap out of her in front of his kids.

I don't know what to say anymore. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but the fact that some people get on these sites just to post mean comments or make light of things that are terrible, blows my mind. Who cares that it was a cop, who cares that it was a female...The point is, it was a cop and it was a female, and it was a person, and it was in front of his daughter. Now, she will let some idiot beat on her later in life, cause that is what daddy showed her. Hopefully she can break the cycle.
