I've had a marine battery (just a little heavier then an car battery) fall on my big toe and broke it along with the nail obviously from a distance of only 4 feet. Boy do I regret that day.

If this is real and that guy who had a car battery (which weighs around 50lbs) fall directly on his head from about 12 feet regardless if the guy was wearing a helmet will cause a serious injury.

I wish they filmed the outcome of this.
