We got 2" icicles in Houston and everyone freaked out...I couldnt imagine if this happened here. Insurance companies would go belly up....

It amazes me how there could be that much snow and ice on the road and yet people will still go about 60 or 70 and expect to stop on a dime. But what happens? Their brakes lock up and videos like this are posted.
