WOW!!! They definitely ejected. You can hear them telling the Air Traffic Controller that they are "ejecting to the north." The last voice you hear is the ATC confirming that they're ejecting. (I have a Private Pilot's licence) My guess is the calm one is an instructer. Listen to how cool he is:

"Prepare to abandon aircraft, okay buddy?"
"Gonna try to get a re-light going" (restarting downed engine)
Cockpit warning: "GEAR NOT DOWN"
"I'll fly the plane"
"Okay, prepare to abandon aircraft"
(Quickly tells ATC about downed engine and ejecting to North.)

Towards the end you hear him yell EJECT EJECT EJECT!
I think thats when they bailed out.
