I saw it on TV...there was like a "marathon" of this kind of stuff on Discovery Health Channel,and they had this and a thing on people with their twin still inside them.

that is definetely not the biggest tumor ever.. I saw one once of a lady who had a 600 pund tumor. She was more tumor than she was person!
