You can clearly tell the vehicle had some sort of emergengy beacon on it by how on coming traffic would move over. Its one thing when a police man is trying to pull someone over, and a completely different thing when the vehicle you are driving is carrying a wounded soldier, or is carrying the TOW missles someone else desprately needs.

This is mostly done as they are literally ordered NOT to stop for any period of time because of IED's and nice people with guns/missiles who would love to plug an American caravan.
BUT having said that yea I can see reigning in the flippant attitudes though...I understand them somewhat but come on WE certainly would not take the same treatment back.. Chirst someone in one of thsoe cars here in NA would SUE for whiplash...
