He wasnt trying to do a backflip he was trying to do a move in breakdancing i forgot what it was called but i see it ALL the time they do half of a back flip into a elbow pose he held it like 1 time through out the whole thing.....and the move is hard az hell

*guffaw* *chortle* well he seemed to be makin some progress. I think he should pay more attention to using his upper body strength along with his legs to twist rapidly in the air. but geez stay on the mat. he almost broke his neck.
