Wow that was pathetic!! Glad he offed himself!!

So maybe the guy, screwed up as he was, figured he was checking out but didn't want his daughter hurt and that's why he dumped her. He was obviously going to drop her off on the side of the road and it was only the closing police that made him pull away again, slowly, while struggling to get the child seat out, carefully on the ground. Seems more sensible to me than all the dramatic license by the show to say he didn't care about her, throwing her into speeding traffic and whatever so he obviously was a danger to everyone else.

Not saying he was father of the year but if he'd really been as callous as they make it out he'd have kept her in the car and used her as a hostage and shield, or taken her out with him in his blaze of glory to get back at the mother and society in general.

As far as that goes it looks like he hit the spike strips and/or tried to avoid them and crashed. I doubt it was some death wish never take me alive crap like the police and show made it up as.

I think the real losers here are the show's producers and writers. It's a sick world when this kind of stuff (and I know there's lots worse) passes for entertainment.
