looks to be a piece of paper or sumin, i just dont think the dude died or was in critical condition. Christ just look at that kid running into a sign at full speed. But I most say this dude will be sore for some time

To Me it looks like

step 1: Mans hat flies of first (Darker object)

Step 2: 2nd thing comes flying off, is a pice of paper or sumin white.
