id definatley give this guy a few bucks, just for the laugh.
the local drunks/crackheads here love to lie about what they need the $ for, they get nothing.
if they say they are hungry, i go buy them a burger. but alot of times i ask them if they are gonna go buy themselves beer or crack with the $. if they answer honestly i give em the dough.
