who or what is FLAVOR FLAV?

He's now a reality show "star" in America.
But in the 80's, he was the hype man for a politically charged rap group called, Public Enemy.
He's the short, skinny, ugly as hell, black guy with the enormous clock around his neck & the old school gold teeth.
He's also been known to wear a "viking horn" hat.
He looks like a crackhead ... because he IS !
