My parents used to rent a building on an ex WWII Italian POW camp in Wales. The POWs had built their own church (see http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/comment/faith/arti cle527160.ece), but also painted pictures on old roof slates similar to this; a girl climbing a wire fence with her skirt caught, a 'through the keyhole' shot etc...
