you are right.he could not prove it.he was pissed off as a lot of drivers must have been doing the same. drivers in the UK are getting sick of the traffic police and all the speed cameras,it is just another way of taxing us and nothing to do with road safety.
is this happening in the USA or do you think it is a British thing?

there's been an increase of cameras and the like at intersections, but it's still mainly in big cities. you can even watch the video of you running a red light on the internet.

seems like we share opinion about dogs in uniforms.
