Aw, the kids anti-semitic sig hit a raw nerve is all, then he posted a link to one of my all time pet peeves, those stupid "shock" vids. Wasted my time, annoyed me, so I blew off some steam at him. Then he comes back all mouth (above which is now edited) with a stream of profanity flung at me. Didn't bother me much, I've been called worse by better. Now I'm wondering if the kid does have a little sense afterall or if it was a mod that did the edit. Don't really care much either way.

Look, I'm generally a nice guy but I have my hot buttons like anyone. One is racism and his sig hit it dead center. Maybe I was over the top but I don't mince words with bigots and racists. I gave him an out in the one reply. If it was an attempt at humor (I've put my own foot in my mouth too) fine, apologize, change it, I can forgive and move on. In context I might even have accepted it (yes I like South Park) but the way it was it got to me good. I might not have even noticed it but for the posting the link, which type I have called as crap before here and elsewhere. Then you linked it again, that didn't help my impression at all.

I'm all for a good joke, but too many people seem to have a poorly developed sense of humor. Heh, yeah, I bet right there you're thinking "look in the mirror you old fart" and you'd be right sometimes.

So I wasn't being an ass for the hell of it in ranting on the link, I had just cause imo, and I managed to restrain myself in the posts so I didn't have to edit them after the fact. Perhaps some of that unposted excess came through in the tone and pushed your response a notch higher.

Call us both short tempered assholes of the moment I guess.
