There is 596 beer cans in that chair presuming it isn't reinforced with plywood, or MDF.
The type of beer looks to be of the cheap variety, so the cost is going to be around $700.00

On a given weekend at my buddies house, there will be around 10 people. If each person drinks 10 beers, and that only happens if no hard alcohol is available, then there is 100 beers per weekend-night. If its a 2 day party, then the total would be around 200 beers. Chances are it would be more than that because I've personally seen people finish a whole case of 30 by them selves, me being one of them.

So it could have taken a couple of good weekends is all to make that chair. But I'm thinking it took more because how many people leave the can in good shape after they drink the beer?
Not many, plus you would need to run each can through the dish washer so the remaining beer didn't start fermenting again. Nothing stinks worse that 3 week old fermented beer.

I think the beers u see here are unused.
Imagine the state of ur ass sitting on opened cans.

And as u said, this chair would be so fragile if it was empty cans.
And it would stink like a dead body

Your right! the cans don't look empty.

Beer cans are strong when empty. I can stand on an empty can and I'm 210lbs.

Being forged and cylindrical gives them pretty good strength.
