Lava Soap, actually. Or any pumice based product.

In fact, it doesn't actually get rid of the stuff on your skin, it rubs off the dead layer of skin that the stuff is stuck to.

Either way, I wouldn't wash it off, I'd just get matching pants and walk around shirtless for a few days.
