A cow is a female and a bull is a male. Females have an udder with tiets on it (Like boobs) and mild comes out of them. That is what is in the pic, a cow with tiets (female)

Green Teat... must be pistachio flavored fiberglass milk.

It's an art thing... was pretty funny when they did it in chicago like 30 cows all over the city...most downtown... they just told the artists to go at it.... was done with sofa's also...very cool.
