"Where are gov's make our plates!" You have had to heard by now that our current gov is in the hot seat just like the one before him. Ryan is already serving time and ol'Blago boy is soon to follow... Who in hell would try to sell a senators empty seat? But everybody is entitled to a fair trail.....I hope he gets one.. George Ryan got one and was found GUILTY as hell..
I want to see who his new cell mate is going to be.. I have lots of KY for him!!

The numbers have nothing to do with the meaning of this pic. It's the 2 gov's doing time together
They are both gov's of IL. BOTH BUSTED for corruption The numbers mean nothing more than just that #'s on a plate. Its the meaning behind "WHERE OUR GOV'S MAKE OUR LICENSE PLATES"
In other words people who are in prison make state license plates for their jobs while in prison.
