But, I don't have to drive in it. So, I don't really mind slush all that much.

All we NYC pedestrians have to do is, get a good pair of Tims & we're ready to go.

That annoys the hell out of me !

But I clean them, after I wear them. So they don't stain.

lol thats good.. i know so many people that dont clean their shoes at all and it makes them look dirty

Yeah, dirty Tims aren't cute at all.
Unless you actually use them to work in, they should be clean & neat looking.

i take it "tims" are like what we call "wellinton boots" known as wellys.welsh farmers use them to wedge the sheeps back legs down them so she cant run away when he shags her.

Yes. The proper brand name for Tims is Timberland.
They mostly make those nubuck (sp?) "work" style boots.
But, they come in several styles & colors.
They're basically awesome ! lol

Here's a picture of a pair, that I have.

welly boots are not cool. they are black or green and made totally of rubber and come up to the knees.and sheep shaggers love them.

Well, they get the job done, I guess. lol
