This ladies and germs is why I hit the gym 4 days per week, consume 4000 calories of high quality food every day, refrain from eating refined flour, sugar etc, keep the fats to less than 5% of my diet, and drink over a gallon of water every day.

People tell me the suppliments and protein I consume along with all the water is hard on my kidneys.

You think him being that overweight is hard on just his kidneys?
