Oof, that sort of happened to my friend. He was in a compact car and was hit and run OVER by a semi.

The semi took off and he was left there with compound fractures down his spine, half paralyzed, in a really bad state.

He's not doing ok. His brain is splattered on the back of the truck (near the handle), and the rest of his skull is on the pavement. I saw the rest of the pics on a diff site. Took his head clean off his shoulders.
