1) Skeggy aka Skegness, A holiday resort on the east coast of England unchanged for last 40 yrs or even longer, popular with people from Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, also known as 'The Last Resort' as it is the last place to holiday for a week.
2) Skeggy ~ a name used to discribe a person who you would not ask for advice. (If you have a problem he/she is the 'last resort' for an answer)
